Terms of group sales
- Your booking confirmation must be made by mail, by fax or by phone.
- We need a credit card number and expiration date as guarantee.
- We need a bank transfer of 50% of the whole stay, 30 days before check in.
- The balance will be paid at the check out.
We need the mobile number of the group leader and an estimated time of arrival.
- For your stay during the Christmas Markt, we need a deposit of the first night’s price by bank transfer or with your creditcard number. Refundable only under some circunstances (death, hospitalization…, weather will not be taken into account.)
- For any cancellation, 30 days before check in or no show, we ask the total amount of your stay
- For early departure, you have to pay the whole stay.
- Taxes and services are included in the room price.
- Check in : Our rooms are available from 14 :30
- Check out : they should be released at 11 :30.
- Animals are welcome in the Hotel à l’Oriel. We ask the pet owner a good behavior in the Hotel. He will be responsible of the different damages. The Hotel à l’Oriel will charge the additional cleaning.
- Damages : any damages done by the customer in the room will be charge. Each customer has to be responsible for the room and it’s furniture. The Hotel will charge the amount necessary for the rehabilitation of the room and all the costs arising (operating loss due to immobilization of the room…). The Hotel will not be hold responsible for robbery, loss or damages on lugages put in the corridors by the customer, in the room which isn’t locked on in the car parking.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION :
- For any cancellation, 20€ fee per room canceled.
- In case of cancellation of one or several rooms less than 3 days before check in, the Hotel requires the payement of the first night.
- In case of cancellation of the entire group more than 30 days before check in, the Hotel requires 20€ fee per room.
